Why we partnered with Battersea Dogs & Cats Home

Our licensed range has been created to do more than care for pets at home. A charity built on compassion and care

Battersea’s story begins in Victorian London, where it was founded with a clear purpose: to provide care, safety and dignity to dogs who had nowhere else to go. What started as a small refuge has grown over more than a century into one of the UK’s most trusted and respected animal welfare charities.

Throughout its history, Battersea has adapted to meet the changing needs of dogs and cats, expanding its care to include rehabilitation, behavioural support and rehoming — always guided by the belief that every animal deserves the chance of a happy life in a loving home.

Today, Battersea’s name is synonymous with expert care, compassion and advocacy for animal welfare.

Making a difference beyond rehoming

Each year, Battersea cares for thousands of dogs and cats across its centres, supporting animals of all ages, breeds and backgrounds. Many arrive frightened, unwell or in need of specialist behavioural or veterinary care before they can be safely rehomed.

Alongside rehoming, Battersea plays a wider role in the community. The charity works to educate and support pet owners, shares its expertise with other rescue organisations, and campaigns to improve animal welfare standards nationally and internationally. Through advice, training and outreach, Battersea helps pets stay with their families wherever possible — reducing the need for rescue in the first place.
