Our Multifit gummies have had rave reviews with both dogs and cats finding them very tasty. However as it is a new texture the first time the try the gummy they may be unsure.

If your pet is not sure we recommend breaking up the gummy. The worse thing you can do is make a fuss of them. Let them eat it at their own pace. Once they have had their first one they'll be hooked!

Our Multifit Gummies are a fresh natural product. Once the pouch has been opened we recommend storing them in the fridge or a cool dark cupboard.

If storing in the fridge rub them in your hands to warm them up before giving to your pet.

Our shampoos have been formulated to give a specific finish depending on your dog's coat type.

Our double coat shampoo is best for deshedding, long is best for detangling, short is best for smooth finish, curly is best for soft bouncy curls and puppy is for really sensitive skin.

There is no harm in using any of our shampoos on any dog.

Our recommended dilution rate is 10:1 ratio water to shampoo.

However it is perfectly acceptable to apply straight to the dog's coat. We recommend applying along the spine and avoid the face and eyes.

Our Eco Towels are 100% natural and biodegrade in 90 days after use. We have the certification to be able to justify these claims. We don't have any certification to say whether the product is compostable.

Whilst we have done all we can to ensure our products are as safe as possible for all animals, reactions can occur. If you are at all worried please contact your vet immediately.

We do all we can to ensure that all our products are of the highest standard, but if the product you received is damaged or isn’t what you order please contact us within 30 days of your order at hello@dotdotpet.com. We will not accept returns for opened or used goods please see our returns policy for more details.

It is understandable that you are in a hurry to get your hands on our fantastic products. Standard delivery time is 3 working days. For an extra cost you can choose next day delivery.

Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 for UK and €4 for EU deliveries. For orders over £30 you qualify for free delivery.

All our cosmetic products are tested only on humans, absolutely no animal testing. To ensure our treats are as tasty as can be, some lucky family owned pups got to try them before launch.

At DotDotPet we do all we can to ensure we limit our environmental impact in the development and production of our products. Our towels are manufactured using Bamboo to limit cotton and polyester use. The Eco Towel range is manufactured from FSC materials and fully biodegradable in 75 days, in fully recyclable packaging. The main ingredient in our wellness treats is a by product of the human food chain, therefore reducing food waste.
